Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at thevvzstudio@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the return address provided by our support team. Do not send returns without contacting us first.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions, including how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products, special orders, personalized items, final sale items, and gift cards.

For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear, lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, shapewear, intimate apparel, and similar sealed goods are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered and unsealed, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Sale items are eligible for return unless they are clearly marked as final sale on the product page.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Certain items may be excluded from withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

If your withdrawal request is accepted, we will refund eligible payments within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
