EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Email address used for the order
- The item(s) you wish to withdraw from
- A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase

Once we receive your request, our support team will review it and send you confirmation and return instructions.

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from our support team. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

If your withdrawal request is accepted, we will refund eligible payments within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Certain items may be excluded from withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear, lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, shapewear, intimate apparel, and similar sealed goods are not eligible for return or withdrawal once delivered and unsealed, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
